7.8.06

GREAT 6-mile run through the city. Crisp and cool. No humidity. Felt great. Had a Power Bar and 10 oz. water before the run. AND I found a microwave on the side of the road similar to ours -- WITH an UNBROKEN microwave plate inside! Ours broke quite some time ago and we've been doing without. NOW! I have a microwave plate.

Love the picture of you in your profile.

Finding the microwave plate. . .not too shabby! There's no telling what you can find along the road, eh?

Love to all.
