9.24.06

A day off for no reason at all except that I got up and made homemade biscuits, grits and eggs for breakfast. Who can run after that? Actually, to be totally honest, who can run after 3 muffins, 2 biscuits and grits and eggs? :~0 It's a wonder I wasn't running to the bathroom!

Anyway, the day got busy and my tummy never got empty enough to run -- do you doubt?

You know, rarely do I ever eat anything I shouldn't and say, "WoW! That was really worth the calories." I honestly (there I go with that word again) feel much, much better when I eat less and have that sort of empty feeling in my stomach.

Well...there's always tomorrow...
