11.16.06

5 miles. A little weak. Will take tomorrow off and run 6 on Saturday -- this will begin my marathon training. Each week for the next 18 weeks I will be running between 25 - 48 miles. The weeks start on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday are always off days with Saturday and Thursday being my long distance days (especially Saturdays). The marathon is on March 25.
