12.6.06

Good 5 mile run. Have been sleeping VERY WELL. Feel like I need a lot more rest than usual. Will sleep in tomorrow and run 12 in the afternoon when it is warmer and sleep in Friday which will be a rest day -- finally, a REST day, ahhhh...

Started taking a Vitamin E supplement yesterday, 400 IU daily. I have read there are benefits like a faster recovery time + when I took the Real Age test a month or so ago that was one of the few suggestions it made. So, what could it hurt? I'll take it during this marathon training period at least.
