Here's a photo of me that I found tonight on the Atlanta Track Club's website from the Atlanta Woman's 5K last month. Not very pretty :~( I was pretty tense for some reason. I don't know why but I've never been so tense after a race as I was after this one. I've got to concentrate on relaxing!  Posted by Picasa
