Difficult run. Out the door at 6. Darker than usual. VERY humid! I sweat like a PIG! 5 miles. Did I say humid? VERY HUMID! Probably will have thunder storms this afternoon. Didn't sleep well last night.

Storms here too but using that as an excuse isn't working. I have a treadmill. :( I do prefer running in the morning. Good time on that 5k PB. Try to improve every run if it is only a few seconds. I used to run with someone that was less than half my age. I can still take her. :) Just starting to run again. I found out that I do need the exercise. Visiting my family this weekend in Florida so Sunday morning I will be running on Daytona Beach as the sun comes up. Have a great day,
