12.11.06

Slept in. Really, really tired! This weekend was like a marathon in itself. Lots of fun though. The family was all together and we celebrated Christmas with my running partner and her CPA who will be out of town at Christmas.

5 miles this a.m. Lots of aches and pains ;-( Will hit the Aleve for a couple of days and see if that helps. Switching my rest day tomorrow for the 4 miler on Friday and will take a rest day Friday before the 15 miler on Saturday.
