TERRIFIC 15-mile run!!! Felt SO good. Could have, would have (maybe) run 20, but my running partner has a nasty HUGE blister from a new pair of running shoes. I said go back to the old shoes until the blister heals. I think that's a good idea. The weather was gorgeous, 40-50 or so and clear. Wonderful for December especially! Hope this trend continues into January but it's doubtful. We have been too blessed already. Will take tomorrow off. 6 on Monday, 6 on Tuesday, an off day on Wednesday, and then another 3 laps around the Rock on Thursday at which point I will say, "good bye" to the Rock for this year -- see you NEXT year...

BYW, let it be known that Santa Clause has given up his sleigh for a mini van. We know, we say him (and Mrs. Clause too).
