5.7.07

GREAT Strong 5-mile run on the mill. Felt really, really good!

2 more days to make a decision on the Marine Corps Marathon...

BTW, I think the Yankz are going to work out GREAT! I'll have to run in them more to be sure, and a few races also, but they seem to work well. I can see a real advantage for a triathlon where slipping into your running shoes would need to be a quick process. Hope I get to see them work that was some day!
